Chili's Supports Rotary Club of Bixby's Efforts in Coins for Kids!

Go to Chili's in Bixby from 11am to 9pm, on the designated dates below, to give 10% of your gross bill to the Rotary Club of Bixby.

The Rotary Club of Bixby will then convert the donation into change and contribute it to the Coins for Kids campaign.

The dates at Chili's are:

February: Monday the 16th, Tuesday the 24th

March: Monday the 9th, Tuesday the 17th, Tuesday the 31st

April: Tuesday the 14th, Tuesday the 28th

Keep Them Coins Coming!

Remember the challenge - All Bixby Rotarians need to start collecting coins.  Make it a family collection process, start a collection with friends, start one at church or in your Sunday School, start collecting coins at your place of business.  If we collect $5,000 in coins, that will be doubled to $10,000 all going toward our festival's bottom line and the many projects we support through the Rotary Club of Bixby.

Bixby BBQ and Music Festival Meeting

Make plans to attend the Bixby BBQ and Musica Festival Meeting on Thursday, February 19, 6:00pm, at Michael V's.  Committee chairpersons need to be meeting with their committees and should be ready to report progress on during the meeting on the 19th.

Sponsorship Totals for Festival

As of Tuesday Morning just before the regular Bixby Rotary Meeting, Jack Maxwell reported we have raised $59,700, which is 80% of our goal.  Of that, $26,200 has been collected.

In addition, we have $40,900 in In-Kind donations so the total of Cash and In-Kind donations is $100,600!!!
