Saint Patrick's Day!
Chili's Supports Rotary Club of Bixby's Efforts in Coins for
Kids!
Go to Chili's in Bixby from 11am to 9pm, on the designated
dates below, to give 10% of your gross bill to the
Rotary Club of Bixby.
The Rotary Club of Bixby will then convert the
donation into change and contribute it to the Coins for
Kids campaign.
Go
to Chili's this St. Patrick's Day to celebrate and help
Rotary's Coins for Kids!!!!
The dates at Chili's are:
March: Tuesday the 17th, Tuesday the 31st
April: Tuesday the 14th, Tuesday the 28th

for the flyer that is required to bring to Chili's so 10% can be
given to Rotary's Coins for Kids.

Keep bringing those coins, as of right now we are just under a
$1,000 and our goal is $5,000 in Coins!
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards - RYLA
RYLA begins
Thursday, March 26 at 1:00 PM and ends Sunday, March 29 at
12:30 PM. RYLA is held at "Heart O' The Hills" Campground and
Conference Cente outside of Tahlequah. We have 3 11th grade
students who will be participating and will need volunteers to
transport. They are also asking for other volunteers to assist
during the retreat - they are particularly intersted in a
photographer or videographer. Contact Patty Holderman for more

 $500 Donated to Mental Health Association from the
Rotary Club of Bixby

Sponsorship Updates!
The total pledged for the 2009 Bixby BBQ'n Music Festival is over
our goal! A total of $76,950!!! Congrats Jack for a historical
year in sponsorships in spite of this recession!
