Ticket Master & Seller Training This Tuesday!

If you are going to be helping and volunteering during the festival as a ticket master or seller then please make plans to attend the brief training session taking place after the regular Tuesday Rotary meeting on May 5th.  The session wil be led by Jerry Hensley and will answer all your questions and prepare you to be the best darn ticket people in the world!

2009 Bixby BBQ'n Music Festival!!!!

The annual BBQ'n Musical Festival is just days away.  Make plans to attend and volunteer at this year's HUGE event being held on May 8th and 9th at the Washington Irving Memorial Park in Bixby.

Chili's Supports Rotary Club of Bixby's Efforts in Coins for Kids!

Go to Chili's in Bixby from 11am to 9pm, on the designated dates below, to give 10% of your gross bill to the Rotary Club of Bixby.

The Rotary Club of Bixby will then convert the donation into change and contribute it to the Coins for Kids campaign.
