Shop with a Cop is a program started by the Rotary Club of Bixby in 2004.  In this program, we select at-risk children and provide the money to purchase Christmas presents for their family members.

The children shop with a Bixby police officer at Wal-Mart, allowing them to begin a positive relationship with an officer where most likely all previous contact had been negative.
